Canonical Public Documents

Attorney review access
This page gives counsel one public access point for the canonical legal documents, review findings from the pasted legal packs, and the remaining launch questions that require legal confirmation.
These are the documents that should be reviewed and treated as the public legal system. The pasted packs should not be uploaded as separate public terms.
They include placeholder dates, placeholder Information Officer/business address fields, beta wording, encoding damage and some refund/payment terms that conflict with the current 14-day launch policy.
The live suite already separates core policies from feature-specific terms and includes payment-provider, Brevo, Supabase, AI manuscript, affiliate, ARC and community coverage.
Cross-border privacy, consumer, affiliate payout, AI manuscript confidentiality, payment-provider and South African POPIA review should be confirmed by counsel before aggressive paid rollout.
The pasted packs should be treated as attorney-review input only. The canonical public system is this legal centre and the documents linked from it.
Merchant-facing terms commonly require clear customer support, privacy, refund/dispute, acceptable-use and payment transparency. My Blurbly already exposes those routes, but payment-provider settings and support details need final review.
Privacy notices should be clear, accessible, state identity/contact details, purposes, lawful bases, recipients, transfers, retention and rights. My Blurbly covers these, but the exact business address and Information Officer details still need owner/counsel confirmation.
The suite covers lawful processing, user rights, security, retention and cross-border provider use. The Information Officer and business address must be completed before full commercial scale.
Affiliate and creator terms require clear disclosure of paid relationships, free access, referral commissions and sponsored content close to the claim or link.
Marketing emails need truthful sender/subject information, a physical/business contact route, unsubscribe handling and consent evidence. My Blurbly has policy language; operational Brevo suppression must remain active.
