Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how My Blurbly delivers its subscription software services and digital platform tools.

Digital delivery only

My Blurbly provides software access, digital tools, creator workflows, Editorial AI features, ARC campaign tools, discovery tools, analytics and community features. We do not ship physical goods.

Access after signup or payment

Free features are available after account creation where required. Paid features become available after a successful payment, subscription activation, provider confirmation and any required fraud or account review.

No direct book fulfilment

My Blurbly does not sell or deliver books directly. If a user follows a third-party retailer or author link to buy a book, that purchase and fulfilment are handled by the third party.

Service interruptions

Digital services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security work, account review or technical incidents. We aim to restore access as quickly as reasonably possible.

Customer support

Customers can contact support@myblurbly.com for access problems, billing questions, account issues, cancellation questions and refund requests.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund Policy and Membership & Subscription Terms. First-time subscription purchases have a default 14-day refund period unless abuse, fraud, banned-account activity or other exclusions apply.
